ana.. yepp.. that's my name.. however, i have a variety of different nicknames.. haha.. you can call me 'nananee' if you like. i doubt that, however. wentz (bea) calls me 'watkins'. if you're not her, you probably aren't allowed to call me that. char calls me 'ananikole smithen' or basically, just 'smithen' for short. i have ian david carslick watkins as my husband.. i have been breathing for 16 years now. i started doing that on the 7th of february in the year of 1991 (do the math). i am currently a student of QCSHS and i'm a senior. i <3 chocolates, and i have a terrible fear of heights. i am weird, spontaneous and i am a listener. i have always been misunderstood and i am now philophobic thanks to someone. as with all scientians, i am a certified crammer. i love watching movies and i cannot live without music. music is my life. i am a pyrofreak and a water-baby rolled into one. i love stars, butterflies and starbucks. you may find me sipping caramel frapuccino (cream based) in a venti cup during weekdays or so. i ship draco/hermione fanfics. i believe that shopping is <3. i am also a soldier of the MCRmy. i am a self-proclaimed vampire (in a way).. i'd say that that's all for now. i'll update sometime soon.. –ania- Sunday, August 27, 2006
Filipino Presentation: Thank God that's over! No more "Iddem-dem malida" for us! God! Congratulations to Darwin-III for winning. Can you believe it? They were actually shocked that they won! (Well, at least that was what it looked like for me and Ge). I mean, they were by far the ones who presented the best performance. The Fleming 3 presentation was also great!We practiced a lot this whole week and I had to sacrifice my daily dose of chocolates and Ice cream just because of that "Iddem-dem" song. Urgh!
We were supposed to perform two songs and the other song was "Pamulinawen". We started practicing the song a day before the performance so what do you think happened? We had absolutely no idea what the lyrics were during the actual presentation! So, this is how it went. "Pamulinawen, la la la la la la..." Seriously!
Oh! And of course, something I can't forget. Just as our section was about to start, we had a fireworks display! Yepp, a lightbulb probably blew a fuse and started spraying sparks all over the stage! Ha ha! Probably a sign that we shouldn't continue!
Academics: Oh my God! Bury me now, please. Our cards will be released this coming Saturday (that would be samedi for the French people! ha ha!). I just can't stand to look at my grades! Especially in Physics! I think I'm gonna die! I swear to God! I really think I failed or something! Plus, sir Esteban said that someone did get a line of seven. I really think it's me! God help me!
Anyway, this week has been so stressful and tiring... Plus, the pressure of trying to get good grades when everyone's just expecting too much of you is really starting to sink in. This school's probably trying to kill me! But then again, everyone's feeling it...
